Size

Guinevere is 5 inches long when made with worsted weight yarn.

Want a bigger or smaller guinea pig? Use thicker or thinner yarn and a larger or smaller hook!

Difficulty

This is a beginner level pattern, a great project for a first amigurumi, and a fun and easy project for more experienced stitchers.

Materials Needed

You'll need. . .

  • In worsted weight yarn - 25 yards, plus a scrap for the nose (I used pink for all my noses)
  • Size H crochet hook (or size appropriate for yarn chosen)
  • Polyester stuffing
  • two 9 mm black craft eyes 
  • Tapestry needle
  • Locking stitch markers
