Bartholomew Bunny Softie Pattern
What you get+-
Please note: This pattern is a digital PDF pattern. More info here.
Bartholomew Bunny is usually the first project I have my students make when I teach a softie-making class. It's a great way to learn some basic softie techniques, and after you get this one under your belt you'll have all the skills you need to start making all kinds of softies. It's a workshop disguised as a pattern!
You'll also have a super cute, baby-safe, huggable stuffed bunny! Line your bunny's ears with satin for extra baby love. :-)
You'll Get. . .
- A digital PDF file delivered instantly by email. If you're not sure what that is, there's more info here.
- Full-sized pattern pieces – no enlarging needed
- Detailed instructions and lots of step by step photos – you’ll never feel lost or wonder if you’re doing it right
- Links to videos teaching you all the skills you’ll need to complete the project
Size
The finished bunny is 9 inches tall (16 inches if you count the floppy ears) and 6 1/2 inches wide across the bottom - the perfect size for snuggling.
Difficulty
Super easy! I've made this exact pattern with kids as young as 6. It's easy and fun and oh-so-satisfying. :-) Bartholomew Bunny is really fun to make out of outgrown clothes - and works just as well with stretchy fabrics like T-shirts.
