Pattern Details

Size

Daniel measures 8 1/2” tall when completed with worsted weight yarn.

Want a bigger or smaller dinosaur? Use thicker or thinner yarn.

Difficulty

This is a beginner pattern, but it does use a few skills that are best tackled if you've made one or two amigurumi already.

To crochet this dinosaur, you will need to:

  • Size G (4.0mm) crochet hook (or size needed to match yarn)
  • Tapestry needle
  • Pair of 18 mm black animal eyes
  • Polyester Stuffing stuffing
  • Locking stitch markers (for counting rounds, optional)

Perfect Cute Dino

This pattern is exactly what I wanted. The technique for the perfect lizard snout and tail is the perfect shape. He is cute, and this is a great pattern.
