Size
This dragon will be about 9” tall when crocheted with a worsted weight yarn.
Want a bigger or smaller dragon? Use thicker or thinner yarn and a larger or smaller hook!
Difficulty
This is a beginner level pattern, but it does require you to make some creative decisions along the way so I recommend it for people who have already made one or two amigurumi.

You'll need. . .
- 100-150 yards of worsted weight yarn in MC (exact amount varies according to the options you choose, sample shown in Ella Rae Classic Wool)
- 25-50 yards of worsted weight yarn in CC
- 10 yards of white worsted weight yarn (optional for buggy eyes)
- A size H (5.0mm) crochet hook (or size required for a nice-looking fabric)
- A tapestry needle
- 12 mm black animal eyes
- Polyester stuffing
