The Movie Monsters Applique Quilt Pattern Bundle is perfect for stitchers who are fans of classic horror, and like their creepy with a touch of cute.
Each pattern includes:
- Full-sized applique pattern templates so there's no enlarging needed.
- Reversed and exploded applique template pieces formatted to print directly onto fusible adhesive.
- An SVG file for use with electric cutting machines like Cricut and Silhouette.
- Detailed instructions and lots of step-by-step photos - you'll never feel lost of wonder if you're doing it right.
- Videos showing how to assemble each block from start to finish, both with and without a light box to guide placement.
- Links to additional videos teaching you all the skills you'll need to complete the project.
Size
Each block finishes at 10 inches square.
Difficulty
This is easy enough for advanced beginners. Most of the pieces are simple shapes with gentle curves that are easy to cut out and easy to stitch down. Using an inexpensive light box (there's more info here) will make the assembly extra easy - especially for the blocks with a lot of pieces - but it's not necessary. Every pattern includes a video of me showing how to assemble the pieces without a light box.

For a single block you'll just need an 11" square of fabric and some scraps for the applique. You'll also need 1-2 sheets of fusible adhesive, depending on the pattern. I use Heat & Bond Lite for all my quilts.
