Pattern Details

Size

Patch is 8 inches tall when made with worsted weight yarn.

Want a bigger or smaller dog? Use thicker or thinner yarn and a larger or smaller hook!

Difficulty

This is a beginner level pattern - but it includes some fancy color changes so it's best for folks who have made one or two amigurumi already.

  • 3 colors of worsted weight yarn: (Sample shown in Brown Sheep Nature Spun. Saddle White: 70 yards, Black: 60 yards, Tan: 10 yards)
  • Size H crochet hook (or size appropriate for yarn chosen)
  • Polyester stuffing
  • two 12 mm brown craft eyes
  • 21 mm black triangle nose
  • Tapestry needle
  • Locking stitch markers
